Record Retention:

Attendees of our courses at the JAMIS Summit or Group-Live ILT trainings conducted virtually will be required to sign in with their Name, Company, and email address. All sign in forms will be maintained on our registration platform and/or internally by JAMIS conference management. Reporting will provide a list of attendees by session and sessions by attendee. Attendees will have access to print out a pdf of any certificate earned from within the training site as well. A login will be provided to any attendees not already registered in our training site following the event. Reports will be retained on our servers for at least five (5) years.

The training site will also include the following information for each session signed in:
• The session title
• The area of focus
• The date and length of time of the session
• The presentation slides
• The number of CPE credits issued

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For Summit:

Please email summit@jamis.com to cancel your registration. Full registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received 15 business days prior to the start of Summit. Partial refunds may be granted 3 business days prior to the start of Summit.

Registrations are transferable within individual organizations. You can return to your registration via the link in your confirmation email and reassign the registration. If you have questions email summit@jamis.com.

Individual sessions are included in the registration fees. If a session is cancelled, you be able to attend an alternate session. No fees will be refunded.

For Group-Live Instructor-Led Virtual:

Your company will not be billed for unattended sessions. Registrations are transferable within individual organizations. If a session is canceled, you will be able to attend an alternate session.

Complaint Resolution:

If there is a concern or issue regarding any event providing CPE credit, please forward a description of the issue, the session in which the issue occurred and your contact information for follow up to Naomi May, Executive VP of Product Design and Support, at nmay@jamis.com or you may call at 877-878-7403. You will receive a reply within five (5) business days.
